Suicide is an extremely personal and emotionally charged subject. Perhaps you are using this site to gain information about how to help a friend or classmate who might be suicidal, or maybe you are a teacher trying to find information for a worried parent.

Information Collected & its Use Title

Two types of information are collected:

 

  1. Personal, or “individually identifiable,” information that you provide to us.
  2. Common Web server/visitor traffic information, often called “aggregate information.”  Normally, this type of basic information is tracked as part of the Web site access or log on processes. This type of information describes the overall traffic patterns for the site. We do not report on individual user sessions.
Your Privacy Rights Title

The following privacy rights are afforded to you:

 

  • Right to Request Restriction: You may request that we not use or disclose all or part of your personal information, including use or disclosure for a particular purpose or to a particular person. However, we are not required to agree to such restriction. To request a restriction, you must submit a written request that identifies the information you want restricted, when you want it to be restricted, and the restrictions that you are requesting. All requests to restrict use or disclosure should be submitted to the President, iTeleHealth, Inc. 6935 North Clifton Rd, Frederick MD 21702. If we agree to your request, we will honor the restriction unless needed for under law.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, the PSN strives to maintain physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to secure the information we collect online...
