Conferences

Conferences offer clinicians and other helping professionals an opportunity to increase their awareness, collaborate and consult with colleagues, hone their skills, and acquire continuing education credits.

Professional organizations, local mental health groups, academic institutions, and national governmental organizations offer conferences on suicide, suicide prevention, and related topics. These conferences can act as an impetus for change, new perspective, and enhanced practices.

This page provides a listing of online resources to enhance the helping professional's access to information about conferences on general mental health topics as well as suicide and suicide prevention. Conference listings are subject to change and specific information about conferences should be attained from the sponsoring organization.
