Online Educational Tools

Educational tools available on the Internet range from information published on Web sites to publications such as books, articles, and multimedia.   Additional tools such as PowerPoint presentations, pamphlets, guides and PDF files are also available online and offer supplemental means of learning, teaching, and presenting information about suicide and suicide prevention.

Some online educational tools require the use of additional software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat Reader.   If an educational resource requires software not currently found on your computer, you should be prompted by the Web site on the next steps needed to get the necessary program. Some programs such as Acrobat Reader (needed to read a PDF file) are free, while others are not.

Resources
