The PSN Web site does require cookies to be enabled for some of our functionality to work correctly. A cookie works in the following ways, Web servers will usually deposit a small file called a cookie on your computer. Its purpose is to let us know when a unique visitor is using our Web site. Registered users will be given a cookie to allow their session activities to function properly. For example, through the use of a unique cookie ID, we save search preferences information as a time saving convenience for registered users. Additionally, the “cookie” is used during a secure, encrypted SSL session when ordering a resource through iTeleHealth, Inc. Registered users always have the option of editing their profiles, so that inaccurate or changes in profile information can be addressed. The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Cookies are commonly used by a number of different Web sites to provide additional functionality. |
