Technical Support
While it is our goal for the Preventing Suicide Network to work smoothly, technical problems may arise. The PSN technical staff will work to resolve your technical issues as quickly as possible.

Reporting a technical difficulty is often overlooked when visitors encounter problems with a Web site. If trouble is experienced, visitors sometimes become frustrated with the experience and then fail to report the issue.

The staff not only needs to hear your technical questions and concerns, but also would like to offer the following tips to get the best results from reporting any errors.

  • Note the exact location within the site where the difficulty occurred
  • Click on the link provided below, it is automatically addressed to the technical staff and in the body of the email message that pops up:
    1. Write (if possible) the specific error message (the pop boxes that contain technical statements) about the exact nature of the problem.
    2. Describe the problem that you experienced to the best of your ability
